Craig Laaman, Vice president of Outstanding Pet Care, has added amazing talent to the firm. Craig has been involved with the business for many years and is now involved full-time. After he graduated from Villanova Business School with a degree in economics, Craig furthered his studies in London, England.

Client Coaches work with the owners, principals, or general managers in the company. The client coach ‘stays ahead’ of each client providing customized strategies to move the client to the next level. Our client coaches oversee the work of the other team members who support our clients. They include:

10-Star Coaches are proven coaches and dedicated to work with our clients’ Reservation Specialists to improve their skills. They coach, monitor, and maintain the skills of their assigned Reservation Specialists. If a client needs to add or replace a reservation specialist, we provide all the tools necessary to hire a strong candidate. Once hired, we provide the necessary proven coaching and monitoring.

Marketing Support. Marketing has changed tremendously in the past few years. Major chains and networks like and are spending a fortune trying to get pet parents to use their services instead of pet care facilities. We provide the necessary analysis and tools to attract the ideal quality and quantity of clients.

Administration Support. Our admin support people help support our team as well as our clients. They also help plan our fabulous client meetings.
